I understand you perfectly and i also understand your concern but I want you to know something and it's true like the bible said "The truth and only the Truth shall set you free,thus says the lord of host. "I'm telling you the truth now, as a dedicated Christian it is against my doctrine to rip people off there money which they labored so hard for, I did not leave my home all the way to West Africa,Nigeria to rip off people any one's money. I know what i have been through in all my trips especially in West Africa Nigeria, I'm a human being like you and i have feelings like you do, I also believe that God is watching every step we take that is why i made the house so inexpensive because i believe everybody deserves a home both the rich and the poor so you don't have to be afraid because I know I can trust you that is why I'm giving you my house based on trust.
In The Bible God said never cheat on people because if you do he will get angry, so I don't have any Right to cheat on you because i am a Responsible and God fearing man, I am renting my house to you based on the trust i have in you because I always put you in prayer that God helps you out. My living God revealed to me that you are the right tenant to rent my house that is the most reason I am doing all my possible best to make sure you receive the keys and documents.And in this life what goes around comes around which is what will happen to me if I rip off your money, believe me I will not want such thing to happen to me or my family. So i don't have any reason to lie to you knowing the consequences involved in it...so i want you to be rest assured that you are dealing a God fearing man...and also there is no body like a relative who can help me out,so i just decided that i will be renting the house out my own self,and i know God will help me find a loving and good caring family who will take good care of my house...I will have to get the keys and all necessary paper works of the house send to your location via FedEx or Ups before you can have the access to view the interior part of the house and this will be done as soon as the security deposit has been made.Please note that the deposit made is fully refundable should in case you finally gain entrance into the house after receiving the keys and paper works of the house and feel unsatisfied or uncomfortable with the interior,The deposit will be refunded in less than 24 hours after you request for it.but i am giving you a benefit of doubt that you will love everything about this lovely and beautiful home and is ready for move in.Get back to me as soon as soon as possible, so we can proceed on how to get the keys and the paper works of my house to you immediately.

I do have a few concerns:
1) DO you have any contact/reference information for any other people who have rented this property from you in the past?
2) I don't feel comfortable sending the money Western Union, would you accept PayPal? How would I pay the monthly rent? Surely not Western Union every month.
I'm disappointed to say that if you are unable to provide references and we are not able to work out some other method of payment, I'm afraid I will have to pass on your rental.
3) Google maps shows a smaller house on the property, on the side of the main house. Does anyone live there?
