I got your information from Fabian Nichols when I inquired about renting a vacation apartment from him, and I was wondering if you'd be willing to provide some feedback on your stay and interactions with him.
How was your transaction? Do you feel as though the fees are appropriate for the apartment? Did you have any trouble getting your deposit back? Was the apartment clean and appointed appropriately? What additional basic items do you suggest?
Also, I'm planning on staying on North Steyne, Manly NSW 2095, Australia.
Do you have any experience with this location? If so, How was the convenience of it? I'm staying with a small child and plan on going to the beach often, is the nearby beach one that is 'okay' for swimming or lounging?
This would be my first time renting from an individual (instead of staying in a hotel)...thanks so much for any insight you can provide.

This place was great!! Great location. The apartment was very clean and quiet. He was specially concerned that our stay was comfortable and he wants to make sure that everything is right. I had a great time, the location is superb, restaurants in the area are fantastic and great.
Security around the neighborhood was nice and perfect you can go out and come in anytime.
I paid my deposits upfront via Western Union and later i received the scanned copy of my receipt and my confirmation number from him. I was glad everything went fine including the airport pick-up was great and the hospitality was really incredible.
I got back my refundable damage deposit on the day of my departure. I will recommend Mr Fabien to you, because he is very reliable and a honest person.
It was really a wonderful experience for me.
You can go ahead with the booking because you would love it.
